BABY COME BACK; DeAndre Jordan back to Clippers?

The bitter divorce between DeAndre Jordan and the LA Clippers are reaching a very interesting suspense, with signs pointing towards Jordan possibly reneging on his 4 year max agreement with the Dallas Mavericks and reconciling with the Clips.

Yeah, not awkward at all.

ESPN writers Marc Stein and Romona Shelbourne broke the news Wednesday afternoon, stating that Jordan is “leaning” towards staying in LA (contract agreements aren’t signed until July 9th) thus spurring on the original agreement he made with the Mavericks last week.

Jordan – who has been in Dallas for the past week and has been seen in workouts and free throw shooting drills with asst. coaches – has agreed to meet with the Clippers Wednesday for their last chance to sway the mind of Jordan. Clippers forward Blake Griffin has reached out to Jordan within the last 24 hours, and will be in Houston for the meeting. Coach Doc Rivers, owner Steve Balmer and newly acquired vet Paul Pierce will join Griffin as well.

Chris Paul – Who’s rumored to have issues with Jordan throughout their time with the Clippers which initially pushed Jordan to leave – is expected to reach out to Jordan Wednesday. Paul is on vacation with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Carmelo Anthony.

Fellow ESPN writer Chris Broussard points out that people close to Jordan says that since making it known that he’s signing with Dallas, Jordan has been “torn” and “unsure” if that was the right decision.

Stein has also reported that at this very moment, Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is in Houston right now speaking with Jordan, and forward Chandler Parsons is making his way there as well.

Also at this very moment, I can think about 50 R&B songs that fits this relationship rollercoaster right now.
